RECIPE OF THE MONTH - April 2008
SALMON CASSEROLE

Serves 6-8

Ingredients:
1 pint salmon and liquid            1 cup cream of mushroom soup            1/2 cup cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup milk                            1/4 teaspoon dill weed                        small carrot diced
1/2 cup peas                            1 can French Fried onions                    egg noodles

        Cook egg noodles with carrot and drain.
        Heat rest of ingredients until hot.
        Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with French Fried onions.
        Cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
