RECIPE OF THE MONTH - October 2007
CREAMED SALMON ON TOAST

Ingredients:
1-1/2 T. margarine                  1-1/2 cup milk                1-1/2 T. flour
1 cup drained canned salmon    1/4 tsp. salt                  1 cup peas (optional)
dash of pepper
             

        Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat.
        Blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
        Add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
        Add drained salmon and stir.
        Heat through. 
        Serve on buttered toast.
