RECIPE OF THE MONTH - May 2008
FISH STICKS

Ingredients:
salmon fillets                lemon pepper marinade            cajun seasoning (optional)
Fry Magic/Flour mix or Drakes Batter Mix                        vegetable oil/frying oil

        Cut fish into 1/2" x 4" strips.
        Sprinkle both sides with lemon pepper marinade.
        Sprinkle with cajun seasoning as desired.
        Refrigerate for 2 hours.
        Roll in mixture of 1/2 Fry Magic, 1/2 Flour mix or dry Drakes Batter Mix.
        Deep fry 375 degrees for 3 minutes in vegetable oil or pan fry (turning twice) 'til done.
        Cooking time may vary, depending on dryness desired.
