PAN FRIED SALMON
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4-1 pound fish fillets 1/2
teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 stick oleo or butter
Melt oleo or butter in pan.
Add fillets, sprinkle with salt and
pepper, and fry 2-3 minutes or until meat turns white halfway up, at
325-350
degrees F.
Turn, fry 2-3 minutes more.
Serve with your favorite garnish.
