RECIPE OF THE MONTH - December 2007
SALMON PARTY LOG

Ingredients:
2 cups canned salmon, drain liquid        1/4 teaspoon salt            8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke                   1 T. lemon juice              1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tsp grated onions                             3 T. snipped parsley        1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
             

        Mix ingredients in large bowl.
        Chill for several hours.
        Shape mixture and roll in log shape.
        Chill well and serve with crackers.
