RECIPE OF THE MONTH - December 2007
SALMON PARTY LOG

Ingredients:
2 cups canned salmon, drain liquid            1/4 teaspoon salt            1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
8 oz softened cream cheese                     1 T. lemon juice              1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons grated onions                       3 T. snipped parsley        1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

        Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
        Chill for several hours.
        Shape mixture into log shape.
        Chill well.
        Serve with crackers.
